H&H Home Builders has been building Quality Homes in the Iowa City - Coralville - North Liberty - Cedar Rapids area since 1994.  The two partners, Randy Hahn and Gerald Hingtgen, have more than 40 years combined experience in building, remodeling and design.  Gerry received a degree in Design from Iowa State University.  Randy earned his degree of Science from the University of Northern Iowa.

In the May/June 2002 issue of Better Homes and Gardens special interest publications, an 11 page article showcased one of the gorgeous homes that H&H was proud to build.  The article featured pictures of the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail and design that are hallmarks of H&H built homes. 

Together they have over 20 years Geothermal heating/cooling experience on both city and rural projects.  H&H also shows its conscious effort toward the environment by building 5 star energy efficient homes.
